The Introduction to Crisis and Disaster Response seminar includes time where you and your leadership can put the Incident Command Structure to use in a table top exercise. The tabel top exercise scenario takes place during a church service or organizational "normal" operations.
We have learned over the years that crisis and disaster never happens at a convenient time so during the seminar we take a "normal" day and add an event that your leadership team must respond.
