We Work One on One or in Small Groups

We personally walk alongside individuals, families, and communities to help them process their grief caused by a crisis or traumatic event they have experienced.

What many do not realize is that, every day, many people are experiencing a life changing event from a loss of health, jobs, housing, family member, or in the extreme after an act of terrorism - the loss of safety and security.

These losses are not isolated events and they can effect us for many days, weeks, months and years based on how we choose to process the loss.

Out goal is always to help the individual or group to understand that their emotions, feelings and physical responses to any event are a “normal reaction by a normal person to an abnormal situation.”

Their response is always personal and is not based on their education or spiritual life. Their reaction is “normal” for them and is what makes us human.
